SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping & Delivery
At Sutton Ag we take great care in shipping your order. Most orders are shipped parcel delivery, with the options of ground or air services.. Please note we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double check your shipping information before submitting your order.
Orders are shipped daily Monday - Friday with the exception of major holidays.
Orders placed Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday (Friday orders will usually ship same day unless they are placed too late to make it into our daily pickup).
Orders are shipped from our location in California. Delivery via UPS Ground Service should arrive within 2-4 days in western states, and 5-8 days in eastern states.
Occasionally, we determine small, lightweight orders are cheaper and will arrive sooner when shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority or FedEx Flat Rate instead of UPS Ground. When we make this determination, we will amend your order to ship via U.S.P.S or FedEx. and will issue a credit to your card for the difference in shipping cost.
If, after placing an order, you wish to change delivery method, please call us ASAP at (866)280-6229. We will make every effort to accommodate you.
Returns & Replacements
All sales are final. However, it is very important to Sutton Ag that you are completely satisfied with our products. Accordingly, we guarantee your shipment arrive in excellent condition at the address you provided at check out. Sutton Ag cannot be held responsible for orders returned to us because of incorrect, invalid or incomplete addresses. If you are not compleately satisfied with your order call us at (866)280-6229.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@suttonag.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
